I met Michelle at the beginning of the fall in 2022 for her bridal hair and makeup trial.
Because she works as a nurse, her everyday style is laid back and simple. But for her wedding day, she was looking for an elevated, classy, and timeless wedding look. So we got right to work to create what she was dreaming of.
She told me that her wedding would be at Tupper Manor, which is the perfect backdrop for a classic New England late-fall wedding. She planned to have a lovely morning with friends and family getting ready at the Wylie Inn, attached to main building. And that's how it all worked out!
During her trial, we did one of my favorite hairstyles: a romantic tousled low bun (you can ever go wrong with that).
It's a style that can work really well for anyone with medium length and medium thickness hair like Michelle's.
She accessorized the style with a little sparkle pin. For her makeup, I went with light with golden tones to complement Michelle's skin tone. And once again, I used an airbrush foundation for a natural, long-lasting finish.
The final result was stunning. Michelle looked radiant and beautiful, with her hair and makeup complementing her dress. Her elevated and classic look was complete!
